That means a 35-degree January day doesn’t automatically shut down deck or porch construction.
Of course, weather still matters. Certain phases of an outdoor construction project may need to be scheduled around snow, frozen ground, precipitation, or manufacturer temperature requirements. There may occasionally be weather delays during a winter build. Then again, Northern Virginia construction can face rain delays in April and thunderstorms in July, too. Weather is simply part of building outdoors.
