You Build the Projects. We Handle the Office.
We know carpenters want to spend their time building, not chasing down materials, coordinating permits, or managing paperwork.
That’s why Core handles the behind-the-scenes work, including plans and engineering, permits, material takeoffs, orders and deliveries, and pre-build and post-build client communication.
You focus on building. We’ll take care of the rest.
With a six-month backlog of projects and steady, year-round work, we provide the consistency and support our crews need to do their best work.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for experienced carpenters who are comfortable working on high-quality residential construction projects, particularly custom decks, porches, and outdoor living spaces.
Ideal candidates should be able to read and interpret construction plans and design documents, have a strong understanding of residential building techniques, and demonstrate a commitment to accuracy, safety, and quality craftsmanship.
Above all, we’re looking for dependable professionals who take pride in the finished product.

- $28–$34 per hour, depending on experience
